Who can take part?
1. This event is open to all customers. However, there is a restriction of one deal per customer for lifetime. Voylla reserves the right to cancel or suspend this deal at any time at its own discretion.
2. The event is applicable within India only.
Rs 1 Flash Sale:
1. To claim the deal, customer must share the deal on their facebook timeline. Customer will be able to proceed further only after completion of post. However, Voylla reserves its absolute rights to analyze and decide on claim to be entertained or rejected based on correct deal shared by customer.
2. This deal is available on prepayment basis via Credit cart, Debit Card, Wallet Payments etc. The deal is not available on Cash on Delivery Payment Mode.
3. Customer must use a valid phone number verified by OTP to claim the deal.
4. Voylla reserves its sole rights to reject and restrict multiple entries by a single user as each user can grab a maximum of ONE unit. Customer will not be able to claim it again.
5. The flash sale is for limited period only (While the supply lasts on a given day) and will be on a first come first served basis. Customer who are not able to claim the deal on a given day, can try their luck next day subject to availability of deal. However, Voylla reserves the right to terminate or suspend this deal at any time at its own discretion.
6. Users who use including but not limited to malicious software will be disqualified.
7. Voylla reserves the right to review and cancel orders at its own discretion. However, any amount paid will be reimbursed to the customer via original payment mode.
8. Shipping charges of 50 Rs will be extra. Shipping fees is waived of if order value is equal to or greater than 250 Rs.
9. Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes standard 5 to 7 working days for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Voylla reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.
10. Once dispatched, order will not be accepted back in any form of returns. Customer will not get reimbursement for these orders.

4. This Event and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
