Customer should be a KYC customer at the time of transaction to avail any CashBack.
The customer should have an active PayZapp Wallet to be eligible to get CashBack.
Customers not having PayZapp wallet will not be eligible for CashBack.
Customer having 10 K wallet (Minimum KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for Commerce transactions only. (excluding P2P & Wallet to account)
Customer having 1 Lac wallet (Full KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for all wallet transactions.
