If you’re coming from a JioMusic account, make sure you connect over cellular on the Jio network, and then relaunch the app. Your music will copy automatically.
If you’re coming from a Saavn account, you may be logged in to a Jio account instead. Go to Settings > Edit Profile and add the email, phone, or Facebook account you used to log in to Saavn. We’ll combine your data.

My downloads are missing. How do I get them back?

If you’re on Android, simply make sure you are connected over cellular on the Jio network, and then relaunch the app. Your downloads should copy automatically! If you’re still having trouble, go to Settings > Pro Options > Sync Downloads. That’ll get everything back, right where you left it!
If you’re on iOS, and coming from a JioMusic account, you may need to update your JioMusic app. Go the iOS App Store, download the last update to JioMusic, and open it. Then quit and relaunch your JioSaavn app. The two apps will talk to each other and get all your downloads back where they belong.

What happens if I leave the country?

JioSaavn is available worldwide. You can listen for free in India and across South Asia. In other regions, you’ll need an active JioSaavn Pro subscription. Content availability varies by country. Read more about that here.
