Q5. I do not see Send Money, what should I do?
Send Money is only available on mobile app for Android customers. You must have the latest version of the Amazon app downloaded from the Google Play store in order to access Send Money. You will not be able to use Send Money on desktop, iOS mobile app, tablet or mobile web. If you are not on the latest version, kindly update your app.

Cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within 2 days of the transaction. You can view your available Amazon Pay balance here. This Amazon Pay balance is redeemable across products on Amazon.in and partner sites.
Offer Terms & Conditions-
1) This limited period promotional offer, namely Amazon Pay UPI Send-Money Coupon offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”). This Offer is made available in relation to use of Amazon Pay Unified Payments Interface (“UPI”) handle (this handle, “Amazon Pay UPI”) on Android-based Amazon.in mobile application (“Amazon.in”).
2) These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in, as well as the terms and conditions application to the use of Amazon Pay UPI. To the extent the Conditions of Use and the Amazon Pay UPI terms, are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3) This Offer is valid from May 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019 (“Offer Period”), both days inclusive, unless extended or revoked by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
4) Any customer who undertakes a mobile recharge or bill payment transaction during the Offer Period for a minimum value of INR 50 will be eligible to receive a coupon (“Coupon”) through email and/or SMS (“Eligible Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Eligible Customer will receive the Coupon on the email address or mobile number (as relevant) registered with the Amazon.in account.
5) Once received, the Eligible Customer will need to collect the Coupon through the web-link received by such Eligible Customer, through email or SMS, for the Coupon to be activated for use. This action is referred to as “Activation” for the purposes of this Offer.
6) Under this Offer and subsequent to Activation of the Coupon, any Eligible Customer who undertakes a ‘send money’ transaction through Amazon Pay UPI to send money to any other UPI handle or a bank account, for a minimum amount of INR 30, will be eligible to receive a reward for an amount of INR 60. It is clarified that the use of Amazon Pay UPI and the ‘send money’ functionality is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
7) A customer will not be eligible to receive the reward under this Offer: (a) if the Eligible Customer sends money to another UPI handle or bank account for incoming ‘collect money’ request; (b) if the Eligible Customer fails to Activate the Coupon in accordance with these Offer Terms; (c) if the mobile recharge or bill payment and/or ‘send money’ transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever; or (d) the mobile recharge or bill payment and/or ‘send money’ transaction is not completed successfully.
8) This Offer will only be available on the first ‘send money’ transaction made by an Eligible Customer, made subject to these Offer Terms and subsequent transactions, will not entitle the Eligible Customer to any reward or benefit under this Offer. Any customer who has availed cashback on a previous Send Money transaction will not be eligible for this Offer. It is clarified that this Offer is only applicable to ‘send money’ transactions made using Amazon Pay UPI and not to transfer of money on an incoming ‘collect money’ request.
9) Any Eligible Customer who has availed: (a) Amazon Pay UPI Cashback Offer, to receive a cashback for an amount equivalent to 25% (up to INR 50) on Amazon.in order using Amazon Pay UPI, available from February 19, 2019; and (b) Scan and Pay Offer, to receive cashback for an amount equivalent to 5% (up to INR 20) on your first five Scan & Pay transactions made using Amazon Pay UPI, available from May 3, 2019, will not be eligible for this Offer.
